제5조 신고 내용의 검증

국토교통부장관은 제3조에 따라 신고받은 내용, 「부동산 가격공시에 관한 법률」에 따라 공시된 토지 및 주택의 가액, 그 밖의 부동산 가격정보를 활용하여 부동산거래가격 검증체계를 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <개정 2019.8.20>
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall establish and operate a real estate transaction price verification system by utilizing the contents reported under Article 3, the values of land and housing publicly announced under the 「Act on Public Announcement of Real Estate Prices」, and other real estate price information. <Amended by Act No. 17403, Aug. 20, 2019>
신고관청은 제3조에 따른 신고를 받은 경우 제1항에 따른 부동산거래가격 검증체계를 활용하여 그 적정성을 검증하여야 한다.
When a reporting authority receives a report under Article 3, it shall verify its appropriateness by utilizing the real estate transaction price verification system under paragraph ①.
신고관청은 제2항에 따른 검증 결과를 해당 부동산의 소재지를 관할하는 세무관서의 장에게 통보하여야 하며, 통보받은 세무관서의 장은 해당 신고 내용을 국세 또는 지방세 부과를 위한 과세자료로 활용할 수 있다.
The reporting authority shall notify the head of the tax office having jurisdiction over the location of the real estate of the verification results under paragraph ②, and the head of the tax office who receives the notification may utilize the reported contents as taxation data for the imposition of national or local taxes.
제1항부터 제3항까지에 따른 검증의 절차, 검증체계의 구축ㆍ운영, 그 밖에 필요한 세부 사항은 국토교통부장관이 정한다.
The procedures for verification under paragraphs ① through ③, the establishment and operation of the verification system, and other necessary detailed matters shall be determined by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
