학원등 설립ㆍ운영자는 교육생으로부터 수강료나 제108조에 따른 기능검정에 드는 경비 또는 이용료 등(이하 "수강료등"이라 한다)을 받을 수 있다.
The founder or operator of an academy, etc. may receive tuition fees, expenses for skills tests under Article 108, or usage fees, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "tuition fees, etc.") from trainees.
학원등 설립ㆍ운영자는 교육 내용 및 교육 시간 등을 고려하여 수강료등을 정하고 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 학원등에 그 내용을 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

시ㆍ도경찰청장은 수강료등의 과도한 인하 등으로 인하여 학원교육의 부실화가 우려된다고 인정하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 조정할 것을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
