제99조에 따른 학원의 등록을 하지 아니한 사람은 대가를 받고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2025.12.30>
1. 학원등의 밖에서 하거나 학원등의 명의를 빌려서 학원등의 안에서 하는 자동차등의 운전교육
2. 자동차등의 운전연습을 할 수 있는 시설을 갖추고 그 시설을 이용하게 하는 행위
A person who has not registered as an academy under Article 99 shall not engage in any of the following acts for remuneration: <Amended on December 30, 2025> 1. Driving education for motor vehicles, etc., conducted outside of an academy, etc., or inside an academy, etc., by borrowing the name of an academy, etc. 2. Operating a facility where driving practice for motor vehicles, etc., can be conducted and allowing the use of such facility.
누구든지 제1항제1호에 따른 자동차등의 운전교육을 받도록 알선하거나 같은 항 제2호에 따른 자동차등의 운전연습 시설을 이용하도록 알선하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2025.12.30>
