경찰청장은 제12조에 따른 어린이 보호구역과 제12조의2에 따른 노인 및 장애인 보호구역에 대한 정보를 수집ㆍ관리 및 공개하기 위하여 보호구역 통합관리시스템을 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다.
The Commissioner General of the National Police Agency shall establish and operate an integrated protection zone management system to collect, manage, and disclose information on children's protection zones under Article 12 and protection zones for the elderly and persons with disabilities under Article 12-2.
경찰청장은 제1항에 따라 구축된 보호구역 통합관리시스템의 운영에 필요한 정보를 시장등에게 요청할 수 있으며, 요청을 받은 시장등은 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.
The Commissioner General of the National Police Agency may request information necessary for the operation of the integrated protection zone management system established under paragraph ① from the mayor, etc., and the mayor, etc., who receives the request shall comply with the request unless there is a justifiable reason.
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 보호구역 통합관리시스템의 구축ㆍ운영, 정보 요청 등에 필요한 사항은 교육부, 행정안전부, 보건복지부 및 국토교통부의 공동부령으로 정한다.
