제141조 지도 및 감독 등

시ㆍ도경찰청장은 교통안전교육기관 또는 학원등의 건전한 육성ㆍ발전을 위하여 적절한 지도ㆍ감독을 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>
The Metropolitan Police Agency Commissioner shall provide appropriate guidance and supervision for the sound development and growth of traffic safety education institutions or academies, etc. <Amended by Act No. 17811, Dec. 22, 2020>
시ㆍ도경찰청장은 필요하다고 인정하면 다음 각 호의 자에 대하여 시설ㆍ설비 및 교육에 관한 사항이나 각종 통계자료를 제출 또는 보고하게 하거나 관계 공무원으로 하여금 해당 시설에 출입하여 시설ㆍ설비, 장부와 그 밖의 관계 서류를 검사하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도경찰청장은 시설ㆍ설비의 개선과 그 밖에 필요하다고 판단하는 사항에 대하여 명령을 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>

The Metropolitan Police Agency Commissioner may, when deemed necessary, require the following persons to submit or report on matters concerning facilities, equipment, and education, or various statistical data, or may have relevant public officials enter the facilities to inspect facilities, equipment, ledgers, and other relevant documents. 제2항에 따라 교통안전교육기관 또는 학원등에 출입ㆍ검사하는 관계 공무원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
Public officials entering and inspecting traffic safety education institutions or academies, etc. pursuant to paragraph (2) shall carry and present evidence of their authority to the persons concerned.
