시장등은 이 법에 따른 권한 또는 사무의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도경찰청장이나 경찰서장에게 위임 또는 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
The Mayor, etc. may delegate or entrust part of the authority or duties under this Act to the Provincial Police Commissioner or the head of a police station, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended on Dec. 22, 2020>
특별시장 및 광역시장은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관할구역의 구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다)과 군수에게 위임할 수 있다.
The Mayor of Seoul Special City and the Mayor of Metropolitan City may delegate part of the authority under this Act to the head of a district office (referring to the head of a district office of an autonomous district) and the head of a county within their respective jurisdictions, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
