제47조 위험방지를 위한 조치

경찰공무원은 자동차등 또는 노면전차의 운전자가 제43조부터 제45조까지의 규정을 위반하여 자동차등 또는 노면전차를 운전하고 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 자동차등 또는 노면전차를 일시정지시키고 그 운전자에게 자동차 운전면허증(이하 "운전면허증"이라 한다)을 제시할 것을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2018.3.27, 2020.6.9, 2021.1.12>
When a police official recognizes that a driver of a motor vehicle, etc. or a tram is driving the motor vehicle, etc. or tram in violation of Articles 43 through 45, the police official may temporarily stop the motor vehicle, etc. or tram and request the driver to present a driver's license (hereinafter referred to as "driver's license"). <Amended by Act No. 15507, Mar. 27, 2018; Act No. 17335, Jun. 9, 2020; Act No. 17883, Jan. 12, 2021>
경찰공무원은 제44조 및 제45조를 위반하여 자동차등 또는 노면전차를 운전하는 사람이나 제44조를 위반하여 자전거등을 운전하는 사람에 대하여는 정상적으로 운전할 수 있는 상태가 될 때까지 운전의 금지를 명하고 차를 이동시키는 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.24, 2018.3.27, 2020.6.9>

제2항에 따른 차의 이동조치에 대해서는 제35조제3항부터 제7항까지 및 제36조의 규정을 준용한다. <신설 2017.10.24>
