제47조 위험방지를 위한 조치

경찰공무원은 자동차등 또는 노면전차의 운전자가 제43조부터 제45조까지의 규정을 위반하여 자동차등 또는 노면전차를 운전하고 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 자동차등 또는 노면전차를 일시정지시키고 그 운전자에게 자동차 운전면허증(이하 "운전면허증"이라 한다)을 제시할 것을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2018.3.27, 2020.6.9, 2021.1.12>
Police officers may order a driver of a motor vehicle, etc. or a tram to stop temporarily and request the driver to present his/her driver's license (hereinafter referred to as "driver's license") if the police officer recognizes that the driver is operating the motor vehicle, etc. or the tram in violation of Articles 43 through 45. <Amended on Mar. 27, 2018, Jun. 9, 2020, Jan. 12, 2021>
경찰공무원은 제44조 및 제45조를 위반하여 자동차등 또는 노면전차를 운전하는 사람이나 제44조를 위반하여 자전거등을 운전하는 사람에 대하여는 정상적으로 운전할 수 있는 상태가 될 때까지 운전의 금지를 명하고 차를 이동시키는 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.24, 2018.3.27, 2020.6.9>
Police officers may prohibit driving and take necessary measures such as moving a vehicle until a person driving a motor vehicle, etc. or a tram in violation of Articles 44 and 45, or a person driving a bicycle, etc. in violation of Article 44, becomes able to drive normally. <Amended on Oct. 24, 2017, Mar. 27, 2018, Jun. 9, 2020>
제2항에 따른 차의 이동조치에 대해서는 제35조제3항부터 제7항까지 및 제36조의 규정을 준용한다. <신설 2017.10.24>
For measures to move a vehicle under paragraph (2), paragraphs (3) through (7) of Article 35 and Article 36 shall apply mutatis mutandis. <Newly inserted on Oct. 24, 2017>
