Article 53-4 (Provision of Information on Violations by Children's School Buses, etc.)
제53조의4 어린이통학버스의 위반 정보 등 제공

경찰서장은 어린이통학버스를 운영하는 사람이나 운전하는 사람이 제53조 또는 제53조의5를 위반하거나 제53조 또는 제53조의5를 위반하여 어린이를 사상(死傷)하는 사고를 유발한 때에는 어린이 교육시설을 감독하는 주무기관의 장에게 그 정보를 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
When a person operating or driving a children's school bus violates Article 53 or Article 53-5, or causes an accident resulting in injury or death to a child due to a violation of Article 53 or Article 53-5, the head of the police station shall provide such information to the head of the administrative agency supervising educational facilities for children. <Amended by Act No. 17230, May 26, 2020>
경찰서장 및 어린이 교육시설을 감독하는 주무기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 정보를 해당 기관에서 운영하는 홈페이지에 각각 게재하여야 한다. <신설 2020.5.26>
