제14조의2 특별기여자의 처우

대한민국에 특별히 기여하였거나 공익의 증진에 이바지하였다고 인정되어 대한민국에 거주하고 있는 외국인 및 그 동반가족으로서 국내 정착을 지원할 필요가 있다고 법무부장관이 인정하는 사람(이하 "특별기여자등"이라 한다)의 처우에 관하여는 제14조, 「난민법」 제31조부터 제36조까지 및 제38조를 준용한다.
The provisions of Article 14, Articles 31 through 36, and Article 38 of the 「Refugee Act」 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the treatment of foreigners and their accompanying family members who are residing in the Republic of Korea and who are recognized as having made a special contribution to the Republic of Korea or contributed to the promotion of public interest, and for whom the Minister of Justice recognizes the need to support their settlement in the country (hereinafter referred to as "special contributors, etc.").
국가 및 지방자치단체는 특별기여자등에게 다음 각 호의 지원을 할 수 있다.
1. 초기생활정착자금 및 그 밖에 필요한 생활지원
2. 고용 정보의 제공, 취업알선 등 취업에 필요한 지원
The State and local governments may provide the following support to special contributors, etc.: 1. Initial settlement funds and other necessary living support 2. Support necessary for employment, such as provision of employment information and job placement
