제6조 연도별 시행계획

관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 기본계획에 따라 소관별로 연도별 시행계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.
The head of each relevant central administrative agency shall establish and implement a yearly implementation plan for their respective jurisdiction in accordance with the basic plan.
지방자치단체의 장은 중앙행정기관의 장이 법령에 따라 위임한 사무에 관하여 당해 중앙행정기관의 장이 수립한 시행계획에 따라 당해 지방자치단체의 연도별 시행계획을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.
The head of each local government shall establish and implement a yearly implementation plan for their respective local government in accordance with the implementation plan established by the head of the central administrative agency, concerning matters delegated by law.
관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 수립된 지방자치단체의 시행계획이 기본계획 및 당해 중앙행정기관의 시행계획에 부합되지 아니하는 경우에는 당해 지방자치단체의 장에게 그 변경을 요청할 수 있고, 당해 지방자치단체가 수립한 시행계획의 이행사항을 기본계획 및 당해 중앙행정기관의 시행계획에 따라 점검할 수 있다.
If the implementation plan established by a local government pursuant to paragraph ② does not conform to the basic plan and the implementation plan of the relevant central administrative agency, the head of the relevant central administrative agency may request the head of the local government to amend it, and may review the implementation of the plan established by the local government in accordance with the basic plan and the implementation plan of the relevant central administrative agency.
관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 소관별로 다음 해 시행계획과 지난 해 추진실적 및 평가결과를 법무부장관에게 제출하여야 하며, 법무부장관은 이를 종합하여 제8조에 따른 외국인정책위원회에 상정하여야 한다.
The head of each relevant central administrative agency shall submit the implementation plan for the following year and the performance and evaluation results of the previous year, by jurisdiction, to the Minister of Justice. The Minister of Justice shall compile these and submit them to the Committee for Foreigners Policy under Article 8.
그 밖에 시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 및 평가 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation plan, etc., shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
