제7조 업무의 협조

법무부장관은 기본계획과 시행계획을 수립ㆍ시행하고 이를 평가하기 위하여 필요한 때에는 국가기관ㆍ지방자치단체 및 대통령령으로 정하는 공공단체의 장(이하 "공공기관장"이라 한다)에게 관련 자료의 제출 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may request the heads of national institutions, local governments, and public organizations prescribed by Presidential Decree (hereinafter referred to as "heads of public institutions") to provide necessary cooperation, such as the submission of related data, when deemed necessary for the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of the basic plan and the implementation plan.
중앙행정기관 및 지방자치단체의 장은 소관 업무에 관한 시행계획을 수립ㆍ시행하고 이를 평가하기 위하여 필요한 때에는 공공기관장에게 관련 자료의 제출 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
The heads of central administrative agencies and local governments may request the heads of public institutions to provide necessary cooperation, such as the submission of related data, when deemed necessary for the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation plan concerning their respective areas of responsibility.
