Article 11 (Account for Receiving Subsidized Wages)
제11조 대지급금수급계좌

고용노동부장관은 근로자의 신청이 있는 경우에는 제7조 또는 제7조의2에 따른 대지급금을 해당 근로자 명의의 지정된 계좌(이하 "대지급금수급계좌"라 한다)로 입금하여야 한다. 다만, 정보통신장애나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 불가피한 사유로 대지급금을 대지급금수급계좌로 이체할 수 없을 때에는 현금 지급 등 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 대지급금을 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2021.4.13>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall, upon application by a worker, deposit the subsidized wages under Article 7 or Article 7-2 into a designated account in the name of the worker (hereinafter referred to as the "account for receiving subsidized wages"). Provided, however, that when it is impossible to transfer the subsidized wages to the account for receiving subsidized wages due to communication failures or other unavoidable reasons prescribed by Presidential Decree, the subsidized wages may be paid in cash or by other methods as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 17727, Apr. 13, 2021>
대지급금수급계좌의 해당 금융기관은 이 법에 따른 대지급금만이 대지급금수급계좌에 입금되도록 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2021.4.13>
The financial institution corresponding to the account for receiving subsidized wages shall manage it so that only subsidized wages under this Act are deposited into the account for receiving subsidized wages. <Amended by Act No. 17727, Apr. 13, 2021>
제1항에 따른 신청 방법 및 절차와 제2항에 따른 대지급금수급계좌의 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2021.4.13>
The application method and procedures under paragraph (1), and matters necessary for the management of the account for receiving subsidized wages under paragraph (2), shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 17727, Apr. 13, 2021>
