제34조 기술관리인

대통령령으로 정하는 폐기물처리시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 자는 그 시설의 유지ㆍ관리에 관한 기술업무를 담당하게 하기 위하여 기술관리인을 임명(기술관리인의 자격을 갖추어 스스로 기술관리하는 경우를 포함한다)하거나 기술관리 능력이 있다고 대통령령으로 정하는 자와 기술관리 대행계약을 체결하여야 한다.
A person who installs and operates a waste treatment facility as prescribed by Presidential Decree shall appoint a technical manager (including a case where the person has the qualifications of a technical manager and manages the technology themselves) or conclude a technical management agency contract with a person who has technical management capabilities as prescribed by Presidential Decree, in order to be responsible for technical tasks related to the maintenance and management of the facility.
제1항에 따른 기술관리인의 자격ㆍ기술관리 대행계약 등에 필요한 사항은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
Matters necessary for the qualifications of a technical manager and the technical management agency contract under Paragraph ① shall be prescribed by the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
