제41조 폐기물 처리 공제조합의 설립

폐기물 처리사업에 필요한 각종 보증과 방치폐기물의 처리이행을 보증하기 위하여 폐기물처리업자와 폐기물처리 신고자는 폐기물 처리 공제조합(이하 "조합"이라 한다)을 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.23, 2013.7.16, 2017.11.28>
Waste disposal business operators and waste disposal reporters may establish a Waste Disposal Mutual Aid Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") to guarantee various insurances necessary for the waste disposal business and to guarantee the performance of handling abandoned waste. <Amended by Act No. 10412, Jul. 23, 2010, Act No. 11910, Jul. 16, 2013, Act No. 15121, Nov. 28, 2017>
조합은 법인으로 한다.
The Association shall be a corporation.
조합은 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.
The Association shall be established upon registration of its establishment at the location of its principal office.
