국가는 예산의 범위에서 지방자치단체에 폐기물처리시설의 설치에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2013.7.16>
The State may, within the scope of the budget, support all or part of the expenses necessary for the installation of waste treatment facilities by local governments. <Amended by Act No. 12007, Jul. 16, 2013>
기후에너지환경부장관은 제1항에 따라 비용을 지원하려는 경우에는 제55조제2항에 따른 평가결과를 고려할 수 있다. <신설 2013.7.16, 2025.10.1>
