제58조 폐기물 처리실적의 보고

시ㆍ도지사는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관할 구역의 전년도 폐기물 처리실적을 3월 31일까지 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Mayor of a metropolitan city, the Governor of a province, or the Governor of a special self-governing province shall report the previous year's waste treatment performance in their jurisdiction to the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment by March 31, in accordance with the provisions of the ministerial ordinance of the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
기후에너지환경부장관은 이 법의 시행에 필요한 범위에서 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 폐기물 업무에 관련된 지도ㆍ단속 등의 실적을 보고하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment may require the Mayor of a metropolitan city, the Governor of a province, or the Mayor, County Governor, or head of a district (gu) to report on the performance of guidance and inspections related to waste management, to the extent necessary for the implementation of this Act. <Amended on October 1, 2025>
