고용노동부장관은 법 제30조에 따라 직업능력개발 훈련을 실시하고 있거나 실시하려는 사업주, 사업주단체, 근로자단체, 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」 제32조에 따라 고용노동부장관의 허가를 받아 설립한 직업능력개발훈련법인과 같은 법 제2조제3호나목에 따른 지정직업훈련시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 자에게 직업능력개발훈련시설의 설치와 장비 구입에 필요한 비용을 예산의 범위에서 대부할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2021.6.8, 2022.2.17>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the budget, provide loans for expenses necessary for the installation of vocational ability development training facilities and the purchase of equipment to employers, employer organizations, worker organizations, vocational ability development training corporations established with the permission of the Minister of Employment and Labor under Article 32 of the 「Act on the Development of Vocational Capabilities for All People」, and operators of designated vocational training facilities under Article 2, subparagraph 3, item (b) of the same Act, who are conducting or intend to conduct vocational ability development training pursuant to Article 30 of this Act. <Amended on July 12, 2010; June 8, 2021; February 17, 2022>
제1항에 따른 대부금의 이율, 대부기간 등 대부 조건은 고용노동부장관이 기획예산처장관과 협의하여 정한다. 이 경우 우선지원대상기업의 사업주나 해당 기업의 사업주단체와 제52조제1항제6호에 따른 직업능력개발사업을 실시하거나 실시하려는 사업주나 사업주단체에는 대부금의 이율을 달리 정할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.7.12, 2021.12.31, 2025.12.30>
The loan conditions, such as the interest rate and loan period of the loans referred to in paragraph ①, shall be determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor in consultation with the Minister of Strategy and Finance. In this case, the interest rate of the loan may be set differently for employers of priority support companies or employer organizations of such companies, and for employers or employer organizations who are conducting or intend to conduct vocational ability development projects under Article 52, paragraph ①, subparagraph 6. <Amended on February 29, 2008; July 12, 2010; December 31, 2021; December 30, 2025>
제1항에 따른 비용의 대부한도, 대부 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
Matters necessary regarding the loan limit for expenses and the loan procedure referred to in paragraph ① shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended on July 12, 2010>
