제86조 조기재취업 수당의 청구 등

수급자격자가 법 제64조에 따른 조기재취업 수당을 지급받으려면 조기재취업 수당청구서에 고용노동부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 신청지 관할 직업안정기관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2011.9.15, 2012.1.13>
A person who is eligible to receive the early re-employment allowance under Article 64 of the Act shall submit a claim for early re-employment allowance, along with documents prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, to the head of the employment security office having jurisdiction over the place of application. <Amended on Jul. 12, 2010, Sep. 15, 2011, Jan. 13, 2012>
제1항에 따른 조기재취업 수당청구서는 법 제64조제1항에 따라 안정된 직업에 재취직하거나 스스로 영리를 목적으로 사업을 시작한 날부터 12개월 이후에 제출해야 한다. 다만, 이직일 당시 65세 이상인 사람은 재취직하거나 사업을 시작한 날부터 조기재취업 수당청구서를 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2010.2.8, 2013.12.24, 2023.12.26>
The claim for early re-employment allowance referred to in Paragraph ① shall be submitted after 12 months have elapsed from the date of re-employment in a stable occupation or the commencement of a business for profit under Article 64 (1) of the Act. However, a person who is 65 years of age or older as of the date of departure from employment may submit a claim for early re-employment allowance from the date of re-employment or commencement of a business. <Amended on Feb. 8, 2010, Dec. 24, 2013, Dec. 26, 2023>
조기재취업 수당의 지급절차에 관하여는 제75조를 준용한다.
Article 75 shall be applied mutatis mutandis to the procedure for payment of the early re-employment allowance.
