수급자격자는 실업의 인정을 받으려 하는 기간(이하 "실업인정대상기간"이라 한다) 중에 고용노동부령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 취업을 한 경우에는 그 사실을 직업안정기관의 장에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.21, 2019.1.15>
A person eligible for benefits shall report to the head of the employment security agency the fact of being employed according to the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Ordinance during the period for which unemployment recognition is sought (hereinafter referred to as the "period for recognition of unemployment"). <Amended by 2011.7.21, 2019.1.15>
직업안정기관의 장은 필요하다고 인정하면 수급자격자의 실업인정대상기간 중의 취업 사실에 대하여 조사할 수 있다. <개정 2011.7.21, 2019.1.15>
The head of the employment security agency may investigate the fact of employment of a person eligible for benefits during the period for recognition of unemployment if deemed necessary. <Amended by 2011.7.21, 2019.1.15>
