Article 54 (Benefit Period and Daily Unemployment Benefit for Extended Benefits)
제54조 연장급여의 수급기간 및 구직급여일액

제51조부터 제53조까지의 규정에 따른 연장급여를 지급하는 경우에 그 수급자격자의 수급기간은 제48조에 따른 그 수급자격자의 수급기간에 연장되는 구직급여일수를 더하여 산정한 기간으로 한다.
In cases where extended benefits are paid in accordance with Articles 51 through 53, the benefit period for the beneficiary shall be the period calculated by adding the number of days of unemployment benefits to the benefit period of the beneficiary under Article 48.
제51조에 따라 훈련연장급여를 지급하는 경우에 그 일액은 해당 수급자격자의 구직급여일액의 100분의 100으로 하고, 제52조 또는 제53조에 따라 개별연장급여 또는 특별연장급여를 지급하는 경우에 그 일액은 해당 수급자격자의 구직급여일액의 100분의 70을 곱한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2008.3.21>
In cases where training extended benefits are paid in accordance with Article 51, the daily amount shall be 100 percent of the daily unemployment benefit for the beneficiary, and in cases where individual extended benefits or special extended benefits are paid in accordance with Article 52 or 53, the daily amount shall be the amount obtained by multiplying the daily unemployment benefit for the beneficiary by 70 percent. <Amended on March 21, 2008>
제2항에 따라 산정된 구직급여일액이 제46조제2항에 따른 최저구직급여일액보다 낮은 경우에는 최저구직급여일액을 그 수급자격자의 구직급여일액으로 한다.
If the daily unemployment benefit calculated in accordance with paragraph (2) is lower than the minimum daily unemployment benefit under Article 46 (2), the minimum daily unemployment benefit shall be the daily unemployment benefit for the beneficiary.
