Article 54 (Benefit Period for Extended Benefits and Daily Amount of Job Search Allowance)
제54조 연장급여의 수급기간 및 구직급여일액

제51조부터 제53조까지의 규정에 따른 연장급여를 지급하는 경우에 그 수급자격자의 수급기간은 제48조에 따른 그 수급자격자의 수급기간에 연장되는 구직급여일수를 더하여 산정한 기간으로 한다.
When paying extended benefits under Articles 51 through 53, the benefit period for such an eligible person shall be the period calculated by adding the number of days of job search allowance to which the eligible person is entitled under Article 48.
제51조에 따라 훈련연장급여를 지급하는 경우에 그 일액은 해당 수급자격자의 구직급여일액의 100분의 100으로 하고, 제52조 또는 제53조에 따라 개별연장급여 또는 특별연장급여를 지급하는 경우에 그 일액은 해당 수급자격자의 구직급여일액의 100분의 70을 곱한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2008.3.21>
When paying training extended benefits under Article 51, the daily amount shall be 100 percent of the daily amount of job search allowance for the eligible person, and when paying individual extended benefits or special extended benefits under Article 52 or 53, the daily amount shall be an amount calculated by multiplying the daily amount of job search allowance for the eligible person by 70 percent. <Amended by Act No. 9021, Mar. 21, 2008>
제2항에 따라 산정된 구직급여일액이 제46조제2항에 따른 최저구직급여일액보다 낮은 경우에는 최저구직급여일액을 그 수급자격자의 구직급여일액으로 한다.
If the daily amount of job search allowance calculated under Paragraph ② is lower than the minimum daily amount of job search allowance under Article 46 (2), the minimum daily amount of job search allowance shall be the daily amount of job search allowance for the eligible person.
