제8조의4 사전여행허가서의 발급 절차 및 방법

법무부장관은 사전여행허가서의 온라인 발급 신청 등을 위하여 정보통신망을 설치ㆍ운영해야 한다.
Minister of Justice shall install and operate an information and communication network for online application for the issuance of a pre-travel authorisation certificate, etc.
사전여행허가서를 발급받으려는 외국인은 제1항에 따른 정보통신망을 이용하여 발급을 신청해야 한다.
A foreigner who intends to obtain a pre-travel authorisation certificate shall apply for its issuance using the information and communication network referred to in paragraph ①.
사전여행허가서는 제1항에 따른 정보통신망을 통하여 발급한다.
A pre-travel authorisation certificate shall be issued through the information and communication network referred to in paragraph ①.
사전여행허가서를 발급받으려는 외국인은 법무부장관이 정하여 고시하는 자에게 제2항에 따른 신청을 대행하게 할 수 있다.
A foreigner who intends to obtain a pre-travel authorisation certificate may have an agent, designated and announced by the Minister of Justice, to act on his or her behalf in making the application referred to in paragraph ②.
그 밖에 사전여행허가서의 발급 등에 필요한 세부 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.
The Minister of Justice shall determine other detailed matters necessary for the issuance, etc. of a pre-travel authorisation certificate.
