제8조의4 사전여행허가서의 발급 절차 및 방법

법무부장관은 사전여행허가서의 온라인 발급 신청 등을 위하여 정보통신망을 설치ㆍ운영해야 한다.
The Minister of Justice shall install and operate an information and communication network for online applications for the issuance of pre-travel permits, etc.
사전여행허가서를 발급받으려는 외국인은 제1항에 따른 정보통신망을 이용하여 발급을 신청해야 한다.
An alien who intends to receive a pre-travel permit shall apply for issuance through the information and communication network pursuant to paragraph ①.
사전여행허가서는 제1항에 따른 정보통신망을 통하여 발급한다.
Pre-travel permits shall be issued through the information and communication network pursuant to paragraph ①.
사전여행허가서를 발급받으려는 외국인은 법무부장관이 정하여 고시하는 자에게 제2항에 따른 신청을 대행하게 할 수 있다.
