①

사용자는 법 제48조제1항에 따른 임금대장에 다음 각 호의 사항을 근로자 개인별로 적어야 한다. <개정 2021.10.14, 2021.11.19>

  1. 1. 성명

  2. 2. 생년월일, 사원번호 등 근로자를 특정할 수 있는 정보

  3. 3. 고용 연월일

  4. 4. 종사하는 업무

  5. 5. 임금 및 가족수당의 계산기초가 되는 사항

  6. 6. 근로일수

  7. 7. 근로시간수

  8. 8. 연장근로, 야간근로 또는 휴일근로를 시킨 경우에는 그 시간수

  9. 9. 기본급, 수당, 그 밖의 임금의 내역별 금액(통화 외의 것으로 지급된 임금이 있는 경우에는 그 품명 및 수량과 평가총액)

  10. 10. 법 제43조제1항 단서에 따라 임금의 일부를 공제한 경우에는 그 금액

An employer shall, for each worker, enter the following matters in the wage ledger pursuant to Article 48 (1) of this Act. <Amended by Oct. 14, 2021, Nov. 19, 2021> 1. Name 2. Information that can identify the worker, such as date of birth and employee number 3. Date of employment 4. Work performed 5. Matters forming the basis for calculating wages and family allowances 6. Number of working days 7. Number of working hours 8. In cases where overtime work, night work, or holiday work is performed, the number of hours thereof 9. Details of basic wages, allowances, and other wage components (if wages are paid in kind, the name and quantity of goods and their total appraised value) 10. In cases where a part of wages is deducted pursuant to the proviso to Article 43 (1) of this Act, the amount thereof

사용기간이 30일 미만인 일용근로자에 대해서는 제1항제2호 및 제5호의 사항을 적지 않을 수 있다. <개정 2021.10.14>

For daily workers whose period of employment is less than 30 days, the matters referred to in subparagraphs 2 and 5 of paragraph 1 may not be entered. <Amended by Oct. 14, 2021>

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 근로자에 대해서는 제1항제7호 및 제8호의 사항을 적지 않을 수 있다. <개정 2021.10.14>

  1. 1. 법 제11조제2항에 따른 상시 4명 이하의 근로자를 사용하는 사업 또는 사업장의 근로자

  2. 2. 법 제63조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 근로자

For workers falling under any of the following subparagraphs, the matters referred to in subparagraphs 7 and 8 of paragraph 1 may not be entered. <Amended by Oct. 14, 2021> 1. Workers in businesses or workplaces that always employ four or fewer workers pursuant to Article 11 (2) of this Act 2. Workers falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 63 of this Act
