제27조 현역병 등에 대한 요양급여비용 등의 지급

법 제60조제1항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 치료 등"이란 법 제41조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지 및 제5호에 따른 요양급여를 말한다.
The "treatment, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the first sentence of Article 60 (1) of the Act refers to the medical care benefits under Article 41 (1) 1. to 3. and 5. of the Act.
법 제60조제1항 후단에 따라 법무부장관ㆍ국방부장관ㆍ경찰청장ㆍ소방청장 또는 해양경찰청장(이하 이 조에서 "기관장"이라 한다)은 해당 기관에서 연간 들어갈 것으로 예상되는 요양급여비용과 법 제49조에 따른 요양비(이하 "요양비"라 한다)를 공단이 지정한 계좌에 예탁해야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2019.6.11>
In accordance with the latter part of Article 60 (1) of the Act, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of National Defense, the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency, the Commissioner General of the National Fire Agency, or the Commissioner General of the Korea Coast Guard (hereinafter referred to as "Agency Heads" in this Article) shall deposit the estimated annual medical care benefit costs and the medical care expenses under Article 49 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "medical care expenses") into an account designated by the Corporation.
공단은 예탁금 집행 현황을 분기별로 보건복지부장관 및 해당 기관장에게 통보하여야 한다.
The Corporation shall notify the Minister of Health and Welfare and the relevant Agency Head of the execution status of the deposited funds on a quarterly basis.
공단은 제2항에 따라 기관장이 예탁한 요양급여비용과 요양비가 공단이 부담해야 할 요양급여비용과 요양비에 미치지 못할 때에는 기관장에게 이를 즉시 청구하고, 기관장은 공단의 청구에 따라 요양급여비용과 요양비를 공단에 지급해야 한다. <개정 2019.6.11>
If the medical care benefit costs and medical care expenses deposited by the Agency Head under paragraph ② are insufficient to cover the medical care benefit costs and medical care expenses that the Corporation should bear, the Corporation shall immediately request them from the Agency Head, and the Agency Head shall pay the medical care benefit costs and medical care expenses to the Corporation upon the Corporation's request.
공단은 제2항에 따라 기관장이 예탁한 요양급여비용과 요양비에서 발생한 이자를 공단이 부담해야 할 요양급여비용에 사용할 수 있다. <개정 2019.6.11>
The Corporation may use the interest generated from the medical care benefit costs and medical care expenses deposited by the Agency Head under paragraph ② for the medical care benefit costs that the Corporation should bear.
