제70조의3 과징금의 부과 및 납부

보건복지부장관은 법 제99조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 과징금을 부과하려는 때에는 과징금 부과대상이 되는 위반행위, 과징금의 금액, 납부기한 및 수납기관 등을 명시하여 이를 납부할 것을 서면으로 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2018.9.28>
When the Minister of Health and Welfare intends to impose a penalty surcharge pursuant to Articles 99 (1) through (3) of this Act, the Minister shall notify in writing the person subject to the penalty surcharge, specifying the violation, the amount of the penalty surcharge, the payment deadline, the collection agency, etc., and demanding payment. <Amended by Act No. 15941, Sep. 28, 2018>
제1항에 따라 통지를 받은 자는 과징금 납입고지서에 기재된 납부기한까지 과징금을 수납기관에 납부해야 한다. <개정 2023.12.12>
A person who has received a notification under paragraph (1) shall pay the penalty surcharge to the collection agency by the payment deadline stated in the penalty surcharge notice. <Amended by Act No. 19047, Dec. 12, 2023>
제2항에 따른 수납기관은 과징금을 받은 경우 납부자에게 영수증을 내어주고, 지체 없이 납부사실을 보건복지부장관에게 통보하여야 한다.
Upon receipt of the penalty surcharge, the collection agency under paragraph (2) shall issue a receipt to the payer and promptly notify the Minister of Health and Welfare of the payment. <Amended by Act No. 19047, Dec. 12, 2023>
