제49조(유족연금 수급권자인 배우자의 소득이 있는 업무) 유족연금 수급권자인 배우자의 경우 법 제76조제1항제3호에 따라 해당 연금의 지급이 정지되는 소득이 있는 업무의 범위, 연금의 지급 정지 및 정산 방법 등에 관하여는 제45조를 준용한다. <개정 2012.6.29>

① In the case of a spouse entitled to a survivor's pension, the scope of income-generating work for which the payment of the pension is suspended pursuant to Article 76 (1) 3 of this Act, and the methods for suspending pension payments and settlement shall be applied mutatis mutandis to Article 45. <Amended by June 29, 2012>
