제49조(유족연금 수급권자인 배우자의 소득이 있는 업무) 유족연금 수급권자인 배우자의 경우 법 제76조제1항제3호에 따라 해당 연금의 지급이 정지되는 소득이 있는 업무의 범위, 연금의 지급 정지 및 정산 방법 등에 관하여는 제45조를 준용한다. <개정 2012.6.29>

① In the case of a spouse who is a surviving pension beneficiary, the scope of work with income that suspends the payment of the pension pursuant to Article 76(1)3 of the Act, and the methods for suspension of pension payment and settlement shall be applied mutatis mutandis by referring to Article 45. <Amended by Act No. 11814, Jun. 29, 2012>
