시ㆍ도경찰청장은 전문학원의 학감으로 하여금 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 전문학원의 교육생을 대상으로 제83조제1항제4호 및 같은 조 제2항에 따른 운전기능 또는 도로에서 운전하는 능력이 있는지에 관한 검정(이하 "기능검정"이라 한다)을 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
The Metropolitan/Provincial Police Agency Chief may have the academic dean of a vocational college conduct a test on whether the trainees of the vocational college possess driving skills under Article 83(1)4 and the ability to drive on roads under Article 83(2) (hereinafter referred to as "skill test"), in accordance with the Presidential Decree. <Amended by 2020.12.22>
전문학원의 학감은 기능검정원으로 하여금 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 대상으로 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 기능검정을 하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
1. 학과교육과 제83조제1항제4호에 따른 자동차등의 운전에 관하여 필요한 기능을 익히기 위한 기능교육(이하 "장내기능교육"이라 한다)을 수료한 사람
2. 제83조제2항에 따른 도로에서 운전하는 능력을 익히기 위한 기능교육(이하 "도로주행교육"이라 한다)을 수료한 사람
The academic dean of a vocational college shall have a skill test instructor conduct a skill test on persons falling under any of the following subparagraphs, in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety: <Amended by 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26> 1. A person who has completed theoretical education and skill education for learning the necessary skills for driving motor vehicles, etc. under Article 83(1)4 (hereinafter referred to as "course skill education"). 2. A person who has completed skill education for learning the ability to drive on roads under Article 83(2) (hereinafter referred to as "road driving education").
전문학원의 학감은 기능검정원이 아닌 사람으로 하여금 기능검정을 하게 하여서는 아니 된다.
The academic dean of a vocational college shall not have a person who is not a skill test instructor conduct a skill test.
기능검정원은 자기가 실시한 기능검정에 합격한 사람에게 그 합격 사실을 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 서면(書面)으로 증명하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
A skill test instructor shall, in writing, certify the fact of passing to a person who has passed the skill test conducted by the instructor, in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. <Amended by 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
전문학원의 학감은 제4항에 따라 기능검정원이 합격 사실을 서면으로 증명한 사람에게는 기능검정의 종류별로 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 수료증 또는 졸업증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
The academic dean of a vocational college shall issue a certificate of completion or a diploma for each type of skill test to a person whose passing has been certified in writing by the skill test instructor under paragraph ④, in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. <Amended by 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
