제10조 피보험자 이름 등의 변경 신고

사업주는 피보험자의 이름이나 주민등록번호가 변경되거나 정정되었을 때에는 변경일이나 정정일부터 14일 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2012.1.13>
Where the name or resident registration number of an insured person is changed or corrected, the business owner shall report it to the Minister of Employment and Labor within 14 days from the date of change or correction. <Amended by Act No. 11930, July 12, 2010; Act No. 12211, Jan. 13, 2012>
법 제113조의2제1항 후단에 따른 보장기관 또는 위탁기관은 같은 항 후단에 따른 수급자가 「국민기초생활 보장법」 제8조제2항에 따른 생계급여 수급권자인 수급자(이하 이 조에서 "수급권자인 수급자"라 한다)에서 그 밖의 수급자로 변경되거나 그 밖의 수급자에서 수급권자인 수급자로 변경된 경우에는 그 변경일부터 14일 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 신고하여야 한다. <신설 2012.1.13, 2017.6.27>
A guaranteeing institution or entrusting institution referred to in the latter part of Article 113-2 (1) of the Act shall report to the Minister of Employment and Labor within 14 days from the date of change, in cases where a recipient under the latter part of the same paragraph is changed from a recipient of basic living allowance under Article 8 (2) of the 「National Basic Livelihood Security Act」 (hereinafter referred to as a "recipient who is a right holder of benefits" in this Article) to another recipient, or from another recipient to a recipient who is a right holder of benefits. <Newly Established by Act No. 12211, Jan. 13, 2012; Act No. 14837, June 27, 2017>
