법 제99조제1항에 따른 고용보험심사위원회(이하 "심사위원회"라 한다)의 위원 중 근로자를 대표하는 위원은 총연합단체인 노동조합에서, 사용자를 대표하는 위원은 전국적 규모의 사용자단체에서 추천한 사람 중에서 고용노동부장관의 제청으로 각각 대통령이 위촉한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2021.6.8>

The members of the Employment Insurance Examination Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Examination Committee") under Article 99 (1) of the Act, who represent workers, shall be appointed by the President upon recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Labor from among persons recommended by a labor union that is a national confederation, and the members representing employers shall be appointed by the President upon recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Labor from among persons recommended by a national-level employers' organization. <Amended by Act No. 10409, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 18256, Jun. 8, 2021>

심사위원회의 위원 중 근로자를 대표하는 위원, 사용자를 대표하는 위원과 당연직 위원 외의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 고용노동부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 위촉한다. 다만, 상임위원은 제3호나 제4호에 해당하는 사람 중에서 고용노동부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2021.6.8>

1. 판사ㆍ검사 또는 변호사의 자격이 있는 사람
2. 「고등교육법」에 따른 대학에서 부교수 이상으로 재직하고 있거나 재직했던 사람
3. 3급 이상의 공무원이나 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원으로 재직하고 있거나 재직했던 사람
4. 노동관계 업무에 15년 이상 종사한 사람으로서 고용노동부장관이 자격이 있다고 인정하는 사람
5. 사회보험 또는 고용문제에 관한 학식과 경험이 있는 사람 중에서 고용노동부장관이 자격이 있다고 인정하는 사람

The members of the Examination Committee, other than those representing workers, those representing employers, and ex officio members, shall be appointed by the President upon recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Labor from among persons falling under any of the following subparagraphs. A person qualified as a judge, prosecutor, or attorney-at-law 2. A person who is or has been employed as an associate professor or higher at a university under the Higher Education Act 3. A person who is or has been employed as a public official of Grade 3 or higher or a general public official belonging to the Senior Civil Service Corps 4. A person who has worked in labor-related affairs for 15 years or longer and is recognized as qualified by the Minister of Employment and Labor 5. A person with knowledge and experience in social insurance or employment issues, recognized as qualified by the Minister of Employment and Labor
