제37조의3 우선지원대상기업의 고용유지 비용의 대부

고용노동부장관은 법 제25조 및 이 영 제35조제8호에 따라 고용유지조치를 실시하는 우선지원대상기업의 사업주가 피보험자의 임금을 보전하는 데에 드는 비용에 대하여 예산의 범위에서 대부할 수 있다. <개정 2021.12.31>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide loans within the scope of the budget for costs incurred by employers of priority support businesses implementing employment maintenance measures under Article 25 of the Act and Article 35, item 8 of this Decree, to cover the wages of insured persons. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 32502, Dec. 31, 2021>
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 대부 대상자 해당 여부에 대한 확인 절차를 거친 후 대부 여부를 결정한다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall decide whether to provide a loan after going through a confirmation process regarding eligibility for loans under paragraph ①.
제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 대부 결정의 취소, 대부금액의 상환 등 대부제도의 운영에 필요한 세부사항은 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
Matters concerning the cancellation of loan decisions, repayment of loan amounts, and other details necessary for the operation of the loan system, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① and ②, shall be determined and publicly announced by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
