제49조 직업능력개발훈련시설 등의 지원

고용노동부장관은 법 제30조에 따라 사업주, 사업주단체나 그 연합체가 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」 제15조에 따른 국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종 등 고용노동부장관이 고시하는 직종의 훈련을 실시하기 위하여 단독이나 공동으로 직업능력개발훈련시설을 설치하거나 장비를 구입하는 경우 또는 같은 법 제2조제3호가목에 따라 공공직업훈련시설을 설치한 공공단체가 노후 시설을 개ㆍ보수하거나 장비를 구입하는 경우 해당 시설 설치와 장비 구입에 필요한 비용의 일부를 예산의 범위에서 지원할 수 있다. 이 경우 우선지원대상기업에 속하는 사업주나 해당 기업의 사업주단체와 제52조제1항제6호에 따른 직업능력개발사업을 실시하는 사업주나 사업주단체를 우대할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2020.3.31, 2021.12.31, 2022.2.17>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the budget, support a portion of the costs necessary for the installation of vocational skills development training facilities or the purchase of equipment, when employers, employers' organizations, or their associations, individually or jointly, install such facilities or purchase such equipment to conduct training in occupations designated by the Minister of Employment and Labor, such as national key industries and strategic occupations under Article 15 of the 「Lifelong Vocational Skills Development Act」, pursuant to Article 30 of this Act; or when public organizations that have installed public vocational training facilities pursuant to Article 2(3)(a) of the same Act renovate or repair old facilities or purchase equipment. In this case, priority may be given to employers belonging to priority support companies or employers' organizations of such companies, and employers or employers' organizations conducting vocational skills development projects under Article 52(1)(6). <Amended by Act No. 10417, July 12, 2010; Act No. 17167, Mar. 31, 2020; Act No. 18646, Dec. 31, 2021; Act No. 18764, Feb. 17, 2022>
제1항에 따른 비용의 지원한도와 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
