제53조 직업능력개발훈련사업의 위탁 실시

고용노동부장관은 법 제31조제2항에 따라 직업능력개발훈련사업을 위탁하여 실시하려는 때에는 매년 위탁하려는 직업능력개발훈련사업의 계획을 세워야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall establish an annual plan for the vocational skills development training business to be entrusted, pursuant to Article 31(2) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 10414, Jul. 12, 2010>
제1항에 따른 직업능력개발훈련사업은 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」 제15조에 따른 국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종에 대한 직업능력개발훈련(이하 "국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련"이라 한다)으로 본다. <개정 2010.12.31, 2022.2.17>
Vocational skills development training businesses under paragraph ① shall be deemed vocational skills development training for national key industries and strategic industrial occupations pursuant to Article 15 of the Lifelong Vocational Skills Development Act. <Amended by Act No. 10897, Dec. 31, 2010; Act No. 18731, Feb. 17, 2022>
국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련은 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법 시행령」 제12조 각 호에 따른 시설이나 기관에 위탁하여 실시한다. <개정 2010.12.31, 2022.2.17>
Vocational skills development training for national key industries and strategic industrial occupations shall be entrusted to facilities or institutions referred to in each subparagraph of Article 12 of the Enforcement Decree of the Lifelong Vocational Skills Development Act. <Amended by Act No. 10897, Dec. 31, 2010; Act No. 18731, Feb. 17, 2022>
국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련의 훈련대상, 훈련절차, 훈련비와 훈련수당의 지원 등 국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련의 실시 등에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2010.12.31>
Matters necessary for the implementation of vocational skills development training for national key industries and strategic industrial occupations, such as training targets, training procedures, and support for training costs and allowances, shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Ordinance. <Amended by Act No. 10414, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 10897, Dec. 31, 2010>
