제53조 직업능력개발훈련사업의 위탁 실시

고용노동부장관은 법 제31조제2항에 따라 직업능력개발훈련사업을 위탁하여 실시하려는 때에는 매년 위탁하려는 직업능력개발훈련사업의 계획을 세워야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
Minister of Employment and Labor, pursuant to Article 31 (2) of the Act, when intending to commission and implement professional skills development training projects, shall establish an annual plan for the professional skills development training projects to be commissioned. <Amended 2010.7.12>
제1항에 따른 직업능력개발훈련사업은 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」 제15조에 따른 국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종에 대한 직업능력개발훈련(이하 "국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련"이라 한다)으로 본다. <개정 2010.12.31, 2022.2.17>
Professional skills development training projects under Paragraph ① shall be considered professional skills development training for national key industries and strategic industrial occupations pursuant to Article 15 of the "Act on the Development of Lifelong Professional Skills for the People" (hereinafter referred to as "national key industries and strategic industrial occupations training"). <Amended 2010.12.31, 2022.2.17>
국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련은 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법 시행령」 제12조 각 호에 따른 시설이나 기관에 위탁하여 실시한다. <개정 2010.12.31, 2022.2.17>
National key industries and strategic industrial occupations training shall be commissioned and implemented by facilities or institutions pursuant to each subparagraph of Article 12 of the "Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Development of Lifelong Professional Skills for the People". <Amended 2010.12.31, 2022.2.17>
국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련의 훈련대상, 훈련절차, 훈련비와 훈련수당의 지원 등 국가기간ㆍ전략산업직종훈련의 실시 등에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2010.12.31>
Matters necessary for the implementation of national key industries and strategic industrial occupations training, such as the training target, training procedure, and support for training expenses and allowances for national key industries and strategic industrial occupations training, shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended 2010.7.12, 2010.12.31>
