제54조 건설근로자의 직업능력개발 지원

고용노동부장관은 법 제32조에 따라 건설업의 사업주나 사업주단체가, 일정한 사업장에 고용되지 아니한 건설근로자로서 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시하는 사람의 직업능력의 개발ㆍ향상을 위해 직업능력개발훈련을 실시하는 경우에는 해당 비용의 일부를 지원하고, 건설근로자에게 훈련기간 중 훈련수당을 지급한 경우에는 그에 관하여 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12, 2021.6.8>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may support a portion of the costs when an employer in the construction industry or an employers' organization, pursuant to Article 32 of this Act, conducts vocational skills development training to develop and improve the vocational skills of construction workers who are not employed at a specific worksite and are designated by the Minister of Employment and Labor, and may support the necessary costs related to providing training allowances to construction workers during the training period. <Amended by Act No. 10416, Jul. 12, 2010; Act No. 18188, Jun. 8, 2021>
제1항에 따른 직업능력개발 훈련비용의 지원에 관하여는 제41조제2항을 준용한다.
The provisions of Article 41(2) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the support for vocational skills development training costs under paragraph ①.
