법 제34조에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 비영리법인ㆍ단체"란 법률에 따라 설립되거나 국가나 지방자치단체의 허가ㆍ인가를 받아 설립된 비영리법인과 「비영리민간단체 지원법」에 따라 등록한 비영리단체를 말한다.

For the purposes of "non-profit corporations and organizations prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 34 of the Act, these shall refer to non-profit corporations established in accordance with laws or established with the permission or approval of the State or local governments, and non-profit organizations registered under the 「Support for Non-Profit Private Organizations Act」.

고용노동부장관은 법 제34조에 따라 지방자치단체나 제1항에 따른 비영리법인ㆍ단체가 지역 내 피보험자등의 고용안정ㆍ고용촉진과 직업능력개발을 위한 사업을 실시하는 경우에는 예산의 범위에서 그 비용의 전부나 일부를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.7.12>

The Minister of Employment and Labor may, within the budget, support all or part of the costs incurred by local governments or non-profit corporations and organizations under paragraph ① in carrying out projects for employment stabilization, employment promotion, and vocational skills development for insured persons, etc. within the region, pursuant to Article 34 of the Act. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 22278, July 12, 2010>

고용노동부장관은 제2항에 따라 비용을 지원하려면 대상 사업의 종류ㆍ내용, 지원의 요건ㆍ내용ㆍ수준 및 신청 방법 등을 미리 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
