제60조의2 피보험 단위기간 산정

The insured period of an insured person who is a worker under Article 41(3) of the Act shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements for the insured period under Article 40(1)1 of the Act if the following calculation formula is met. <Amended on June 27, 2023> ┌────────────────────────────────────────┐ │1 － Insured period as a worker (in days) ÷ 180 days ? 법 제41조제3항에 해당하는 근로자인 피보험자가 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 호에 따라 제1항의 계산식을 산정한다. <개정 2023.6.27>
1. 법 제40조제2항에 따른 기준기간 동안에 근로자, 예술인 및 노무제공자로 동시에 보험에 가입된 경우: 근로자로서의 피보험 단위기간에만 포함하여 산정
2. 법 제40조제2항에 따른 기준기간 동안에 예술인 및 노무제공자로 동시에 보험에 가입된 경우: 예술인 또는 노무제공자의 피보험 단위기간 중 근로자인 피보험자에게 유리한 피보험 단위기간에만 포함하여 산정
If an insured person who is a worker under Article 41(3) of the Act falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the calculation formula under paragraph (1) shall be calculated according to the respective subparagraph. <Amended on June 27, 2023> 1. When insured simultaneously as a worker, artist, and service provider during the reference period under Article 40(2) of the Act: Calculated by including only the insured period as a worker. 2. When insured simultaneously as an artist and service provider during the reference period under Article 40(2) of the Act: Calculated by including only the insured period that is more favorable to the insured person as a worker among the insured periods as an artist or service provider.
