제74조의2 국민연금 보험료의 지원 절차 등

「국민연금법」 제24조에 따른 국민연금공단(이하 "국민연금공단"이라 한다)은 같은 법 제19조의2제1항에 따라 구직급여를 받는 기간을 국민연금 가입기간으로 추가 산입한 경우에는 법 제55조의2제1항 및 「국민연금법」 제19조의2제3항 후단에 따라 기금에서 지원하는 금액(같은 항 전단에 따른 연금보험료에 같은 법 시행령 제25조의5제2항에 따른 기금의 부담비율을 곱한 금액을 말한다)을 산정하여 이를 고용노동부장관에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2021.6.8>
The National Pension Service (hereinafter referred to as the "National Pension Service") under Article 24 of the National Pension Act shall, when the period of receiving unemployment benefits is additionally counted as the National Pension insured period pursuant to Article 19-2(1) of the same Act, calculate the amount supported from the fund pursuant to Article 55-2(1) and the latter part of Article 19-2(3) of the National Pension Act (meaning the amount obtained by multiplying the pension premiums under the former part of the same paragraph by the fund's burden ratio under Article 25-5(2) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act) and notify the Minister of Employment and Labor thereof. <Amended by Act No. X, June 8, 2021>
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 통보를 받으면 해당 금액을 국민연금공단에 교부하여야 한다.
Upon receiving the notification under paragraph ①, the Minister of Employment and Labor shall grant the corresponding amount to the National Pension Service.
고용노동부장관은 제2항에 따라 교부한 금액이 적절하게 사용되었는지를 확인하기 위하여 국민연금공단에 필요한 자료의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 국민연금공단은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may request the National Pension Service to provide necessary data to confirm whether the amount granted under paragraph ② has been used appropriately. In such cases, the National Pension Service shall comply unless there are special circumstances.
