제19조 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업의 실시

고용노동부장관은 피보험자 및 피보험자였던 사람, 그 밖에 취업할 의사를 가진 사람(이하 "피보험자등"이라 한다)에 대한 실업의 예방, 취업의 촉진, 고용기회의 확대, 직업능력개발ㆍ향상의 기회 제공 및 지원, 그 밖에 고용안정과 사업주에 대한 인력 확보를 지원하기 위하여 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업을 실시한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2020.5.26>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall implement employment stability and vocational skills development projects to prevent unemployment, promote employment, expand employment opportunities, provide and support opportunities for vocational skills development and improvement, and otherwise support employment stability and the securing of human resources for employers, for insured persons, former insured persons, and other persons intending to be employed (hereinafter referred to as "insured persons, etc."). <Amended by Act No. 10356, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 17321, May 26, 2020>
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업을 실시할 때에는 근로자의 수, 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발을 위하여 취한 조치 및 실적 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 기업(이하 "우선지원 대상기업"이라 한다)을 우선적으로 고려하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2019.8.27>
When implementing the employment stability and vocational skills development projects under paragraph ①, the Minister of Employment and Labor shall give priority consideration to businesses that meet the standards prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as the number of workers, measures taken for employment stability and vocational skills development, and performance (hereinafter referred to as "priority support target businesses"). <Amended by Act No. 10356, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 16964, Aug. 27, 2019>
