제27조 사업주에 대한 직업능력개발 훈련의 지원

고용노동부장관은 피보험자등의 직업능력을 개발ㆍ향상시키기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 직업능력개발 훈련을 실시하는 사업주에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 훈련에 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2016.12.27>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, in accordance with the provisions of the Presidential Decree, provide support for the training expenses necessary for vocational skills development training prescribed by the Presidential Decree, which is conducted by an employer to develop and improve the vocational skills of insured persons, etc. <Amended on Jun. 4, 2010; Dec. 27, 2016>
고용노동부장관은 사업주가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람에게 제1항에 따라 직업능력개발 훈련을 실시하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 우대 지원할 수 있다. <신설 2016.12.27, 2019.4.30, 2021.1.5>
1. 「기간제 및 단시간근로자 보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호의 기간제근로자
2. 「근로기준법」 제2조제1항제9호의 단시간근로자
3. 「파견근로자 보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제5호의 파견근로자
4. 일용근로자
5. 「고용상 연령차별금지 및 고령자고용촉진에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호 또는 제2호의 고령자 또는 준고령자
6. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사람
The Minister of Employment and Labor may provide preferential support, in accordance with the provisions of the Presidential Decree, when an employer provides vocational skills development training under paragraph ① to any of the following persons: <Newly Inserted on Dec. 27, 2016; Apr. 30, 2019; Jan. 5, 2021> 1. A fixed-term worker as defined in Article 2, subparagraph 1 of the 「Act on the Protection of Fixed-Term and Part-Time Workers」 2. A part-time worker as defined in Article 2, paragraph 1, subparagraph 9 of the 「Labor Standards Act」 3. A dispatched worker as defined in Article 2, subparagraph 5 of the 「Act on the Protection of Dispatched Workers, etc.」 4. Daily workers 5. Elderly persons or quasi-elderly persons as defined in Article 2, subparagraph 1 or 2 of the 「Act on Prohibition of Age Discrimination in Employment and Promotion of Employment of the Elderly」 6. Other persons prescribed by the Presidential Decree
