제29조 피보험자등에 대한 직업능력개발 지원

고용노동부장관은 피보험자등이 직업능력개발 훈련을 받거나 그 밖에 직업능력 개발ㆍ향상을 위하여 노력하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 필요한 비용을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, in accordance with the provisions of a Presidential Decree, provide necessary expenses when insured persons, etc. undergo vocational skill development training or endeavor to develop or improve their vocational skills. <Amended by Act No. 10363, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 필요하다고 인정하면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 피보험자등의 취업을 촉진하기 위한 직업능력개발 훈련을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, when deemed necessary, conduct vocational skill development training to promote the employment of insured persons, etc. in accordance with the provisions of a Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10363, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 저소득 피보험자등이 직업능력개발 훈련을 받는 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 생계비를 대부할 수 있다. <신설 2008.12.31, 2010.6.4>
