Article 46 (Daily Job Search Allowance)

구직급여일액은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 금액으로 한다. <개정 2019.8.27>
1. 제45조제1항부터 제3항까지 및 제5항의 경우에는 그 수급자격자의 기초일액에 100분의 60을 곱한 금액
2. 제45조제4항의 경우에는 그 수급자격자의 기초일액에 100분의 80을 곱한 금액(이하 "최저구직급여일액"이라 한다)
The daily job search allowance shall be the amount determined according to the following classifications. <Amended by Act No. 16974, Aug. 27, 2019> 1. In cases of Articles 45 (1) through (3) and (5), the amount obtained by multiplying the basic daily wage of the eligible recipient by 60/100. 2. In cases of Article 45 (4), the amount obtained by multiplying the basic daily wage of the eligible recipient by 80/100 (hereinafter referred to as the "minimum daily job search allowance").
제1항제1호에 따라 산정된 구직급여일액이 최저구직급여일액보다 낮은 경우에는 최저구직급여일액을 그 수급자격자의 구직급여일액으로 한다.
If the daily job search allowance calculated under Article 1 (1) is lower than the minimum daily job search allowance, the minimum daily job search allowance shall be the daily job search allowance of the eligible recipient.
