제55조 연장급여의 상호 조정 등

제51조부터 제53조까지의 규정에 따른 연장급여는 제48조에 따라 그 수급자격자가 지급받을 수 있는 구직급여의 지급이 끝난 후에 지급한다.
Extended benefits pursuant to Articles 51 through 53 shall be paid after the payment of job-seeking benefits that the eligible recipient can receive pursuant to Article 48 has ended.
훈련연장급여를 지급받고 있는 수급자격자에게는 그 훈련연장급여의 지급이 끝난 후가 아니면 개별연장급여 및 특별연장급여를 지급하지 아니한다.
An eligible recipient who is receiving training extended benefits shall not be paid individual extended benefits or special extended benefits until after the payment of such training extended benefits has ended.
개별연장급여 또는 특별연장급여를 지급받고 있는 수급자격자가 훈련연장급여를 지급받게 되면 개별연장급여나 특별연장급여를 지급하지 아니한다.
If an eligible recipient who is receiving individual extended benefits or special extended benefits becomes eligible to receive training extended benefits, individual extended benefits or special extended benefits shall not be paid.
특별연장급여를 지급받고 있는 수급자격자에게는 특별연장급여의 지급이 끝난 후가 아니면 개별연장급여를 지급하지 아니하고, 개별연장급여를 지급받고 있는 수급자격자에게는 개별연장급여의 지급이 끝난 후가 아니면 특별연장급여를 지급하지 아니한다.
An eligible recipient who is receiving special extended benefits shall not be paid individual extended benefits until after the payment of such special extended benefits has ended, and an eligible recipient who is receiving individual extended benefits shall not be paid special extended benefits until after the payment of such individual extended benefits has ended.
그 밖에 연장급여의 조정에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
