제65조 직업능력개발 수당

직업능력개발 수당은 수급자격자가 직업안정기관의 장이 지시한 직업능력개발 훈련 등을 받는 경우에 그 직업능력개발 훈련 등을 받는 기간에 대하여 지급한다.
A vocational skills development allowance shall be paid for the period during which a qualified recipient undergoes vocational skills development training or other similar programs directed by the head of a public employment security office.
제1항에도 불구하고 제60조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 구직급여의 지급이 정지된 기간에 대하여는 직업능력개발 수당을 지급하지 아니한다.
Notwithstanding paragraph ①, a vocational skills development allowance shall not be paid for the period during which the payment of unemployment benefits is suspended pursuant to Articles 60, paragraph ① and ②.
직업능력개발 수당의 지급 요건 및 금액에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. 이 경우 인력의 수급 상황을 고려하여 고용노동부장관이 특히 필요하다고 인정하여 고시하는 직종에 관한 직업능력개발 훈련 등에 대하여는 직업능력개발 수당의 금액을 다르게 정할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Matters necessary for the payment requirements and amount of the vocational skills development allowance shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree. In this case, for vocational skills development training or other similar programs in occupations for which the Minister of Employment and Labor, considering the supply and demand situation of labor, recognizes as particularly necessary and announces, the amount of the vocational skills development allowance may be set differently. <Amended by Act No. 10393, Jun. 4, 2010>
