①

기금은 다음 각 호의 용도에 사용하여야 한다. <개정 2008.3.21, 2012.2.1, 2019.1.15, 2021.1.5>

  1. 1. 고용안정ㆍ직업능력개발 사업에 필요한 경비

  2. 2. 실업급여의 지급

  3. 2의2. 제55조의2에 따른 국민연금 보험료의 지원

  4. 3. 육아휴직 급여 및 출산전후휴가 급여등의 지급

  5. 4. 보험료의 반환

  6. 5. 일시 차입금의 상환금과 이자

  7. 6. 이 법과 고용산재보험료징수법에 따른 업무를 대행하거나 위탁받은 자에 대한 출연금

  8. 7. 그 밖에 이 법의 시행을 위하여 필요한 경비로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경비와 제1호 및 제2호에 따른 사업의 수행에 딸린 경비

Expenses necessary for employment stabilization and vocational skills development projects 2. Payment of unemployment benefits 2. the support of National Pension insurance premiums pursuant to Article 55-2 3. Payment of child care leave benefits and benefits for leave due to childbirth or postpartum care, etc. 4. Refund of insurance premiums 5. Repayment of principal and interest of temporary borrowings 6. Contributions to those who undertake or are entrusted with the duties under this Act and the Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Premium Collection Act 7. Other expenses necessary for the enforcement of this Act as determined by Presidential Decree, and expenses incidental to the performance of projects under subparagraphs 1 and 2

제1항제6호에 따라 기금으로부터 「국민건강보험법」 제13조에 따른 국민건강보험공단에 출연하는 금액은 징수업무(고지ㆍ수납ㆍ체납 업무를 말한다)가 차지하는 비율 등을 기준으로 산정한다. <신설 2019.1.15>

The amount contributed from the fund to the National Health Insurance Service pursuant to Article 13 of the National Health Insurance Act under paragraph (1) subparagraph 6 shall be calculated based on the ratio occupied by collection tasks (referring to notification, payment, and arrearage tasks), etc. <Newly Inserted by Act No. 16186, Jan. 15, 2019>

제1항제6호에 따른 출연금의 지급기준, 사용 및 관리에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <신설 2008.3.21, 2019.1.15>
