제13조 직장 내 성희롱 예방 교육 등

사업주는 직장 내 성희롱을 예방하고 근로자가 안전한 근로환경에서 일할 수 있는 여건을 조성하기 위하여 직장 내 성희롱의 예방을 위한 교육(이하 "성희롱 예방 교육"이라 한다)을 매년 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2017.11.28>
An employer shall conduct education for the prevention of workplace sexual harassment (hereinafter referred to as "sexual harassment prevention education") annually to prevent workplace sexual harassment and to create conditions for workers to work in a safe working environment. <Amended by Act No. 14990, Nov. 28, 2017>
사업주 및 근로자는 제1항에 따른 성희롱 예방 교육을 받아야 한다. <신설 2014.1.14>
