제17조의7(적극적 고용개선조치에 관한 협조) 성평등가족부장관은 적극적 고용개선조치의 효율적 시행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 관계 행정기관의 장에게 차별의 시정 또는 예방을 위하여 필요한 조치를 하여 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2025.10.1>

① The Minister of Gender Equality and Family may request the head of a related administrative agency to take necessary measures to correct or prevent discrimination for the effective implementation of affirmative action for employment improvement, if deemed necessary. In this case, the head of the related administrative agency shall comply with the request unless there are special reasons. <Amended 2010.6.4, 2025.10.1>
