제22조의5 일ㆍ가정 양립 지원 기반 조성

고용노동부장관은 일ㆍ가정 양립프로그램의 도입ㆍ확산, 모성보호 조치의 원활한 운영 등을 지원하기 위하여 조사ㆍ연구 및 홍보 등의 사업을 하고, 전문적인 상담 서비스와 관련 정보 등을 사업주와 근로자에게 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall conduct projects such as research and public relations to support the introduction and diffusion of work-family balance programs and the smooth operation of maternity protection measures, and shall provide professional counseling services and related information to employers and workers. <Amended by Act No. 10330, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 업무와 제21조와 제21조의2에 따른 직장보육시설 설치ㆍ운영의 지원에 관한 업무를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공공기관 또는 민간에 위탁하여 수행할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may entrust the tasks referred to in paragraph ① and the tasks related to the support for the establishment and operation of workplace childcare facilities under Articles 21 and 21-2 to public institutions or private entities, as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10330, Jun. 4, 2010>
고용노동부장관은 제2항에 따라 업무를 위탁받은 기관에 업무수행에 사용되는 경비를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may support expenses incurred for the performance of duties by institutions that have been entrusted with tasks under paragraph ②. <Amended by Act No. 10330, Jun. 4, 2010>
